FPV Drone Blackbox Log Analyzer
PID Tune is developed by DaGoDev. In this document, "we" or "us" refers to the developer, and "you" refers to anyone who uses the application.
When you sign in with your Google account, we receive your email address, display name, and profile picture. This data comes from Google Sign-In and is handled through Firebase Authentication. We do not ask for or store passwords.
We keep a record of your analysis credit balance in our database (Firebase Firestore). If you purchase additional credits through the app, the transaction itself is handled entirely by Google Play — we only update your credit count.
The app also reads basic device information (Android version and CPU architecture) to pick the right decoder binary and to request the correct storage permissions. This information is not sent anywhere.
The blackbox log files you import (.bbl / .bfl) are decoded and analyzed entirely on your device. They are never uploaded to any external server. The resulting analysis data is also stored locally and stays on your phone unless you choose to share it.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
PID Tune may show ads provided by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect certain device identifiers and usage data to serve ads. You can learn more about how Google handles this data in the Google Privacy Policy and the AdMob data disclosure.
The app relies on the following services, each governed by their own privacy policies:
Account data (your email and credit balance) is stored in Firebase Cloud Firestore, hosted on Google infrastructure. Flight log files and analysis results remain on your device only.
We take reasonable measures to protect your data, but no system is completely immune to security risks.
We keep your account information for as long as you have an active account. Local data such as flight logs and cached results stays on your device until you delete it or uninstall the app.
If you want us to delete your account and any data associated with it, send us an email and we will take care of it.
PID Tune is not aimed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone in that age group. If you believe we have, please get in touch so we can remove it.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you. You can also withdraw your consent for data processing at any time. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the address below.
We may update this policy occasionally. When we do, the effective date at the top of the page will change. We recommend checking back from time to time.
